The Coffee Dictionary

Mr B's review
There are few places in Bath we recommend more often than coffee paradise Colonna & Smalls. Its owner, Maxwell, travelled the world in search of ever-increasing coffee knowledge, and his enthusiasm is as contagious on the page as in person. This is no run-of-the-mill encyclopaedia of brewing methods, however. Read about everything from the ‘silver skin’ (the layer which separates coffee cherries), to Nordic coffee culture and the World Barista Championship (in which, incidentally, Maxwell was a finalist).
